What do we do?
Our law firm, with more than 30 years of professional practice dedicated to Family Law, has extensive experience and many successful cases in separations, contentious divorces or by mutual agreement. In addition, we are specialized in International Family Law, Civil Law, Negotiation and International Child Abduction.
Our work is characterized by personal and direct client service, with an absolute commitment to all their legal matters. Our law firm assumes responsibility for the entire legal process, guaranteeing absolute legal rigor in our actions, while also attending to the personal aspects of each case.
Lola López Muelas Vicente

Lola López Muelas is a founding partner and director of this law firm based in Murcia. She has been a practicing lawyer since 1993, with over 30 years of professional experience. She is an expert in national and international family law, international child abduction, and collaborative negotiation. She currently serves as President of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA).
Lola López Muelas's curriculum includes numerous specialized courses in Family Law, both national and international, and she regularly participates in various conferences, both in Spain and abroad. She has also organized and presented at several international conferences, published numerous articles specializing in family law and international child abduction, and coordinated various publications related to national and international family law.
López Muelas teaches Family Law and International Child Abduction at various Spanish universities in specialization courses in family law, such as the Complutense University of Madrid and the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has also participated as a speaker at several international conferences focused on Family Law. At these conferences, she has addressed topics such as parental authority, child custody, child support, inheritance, and collaborative negotiation.
For 5 years she has been the coordinator of the Family Section of the Illustrious Bar Association of Murcia, promoting training and specialization in Family Law and International Family Law.
Lola was a founding member and the first president of the International Association of Family Law Jurists (AIJUDEFA), which encompasses more than 28 jurisdictions from different countries. She was also a founding member and the first president of the Collaborative Family Lawyers Association (ACF).
She is a member of prestigious International Academies of Lawyers specializing in Family Law, such as the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) or the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), with which she has shared numerous training sessions, both as a listener and as a speaker, on civil procedural matters, custody, kidnapping of minors, liquidation of assets, Private International Law or Inheritance Law, among others.
